The food was good, but despite the fact that I ordered 2 milkshakes, a strawberry and a chocolate, and confirmed a second time that I would be getting a chocolate milkshake, I only received the strawberry one. When I went to the counter and asked about why I hadn't received it, I was told that I only ordered one milkshake. The person I was with also heard me order it and then confirm, so I'm not sure how the cashier didn't. It honestly ruined my meal experience and I don't know if I would go back.

This was our first time visiting Zoe’s Ice Cream Bar and the interior is bright and spacious, offering plenty of seating for families and groups. They also have a lovely retail section selling local products like fresh honey, maple syrup, and even clothing. All of their ice cream is proudly homemade and our group sampled a wide variety: Island Coconut, Oreo, Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Crumble, and Strawberry. On a positive note, everyone else enjoyed their flavours. Unfortunately, I was the only one who didn’t enjoy my choice. The Oreo ice cream had a very strange, metallic aftertaste. I tried my best to eat it but it was ultimately inedible and I had to throw it in the bin. My only other critique is the customer service. The staff were not very polite and came across as quite dismissive. There was none of the warm greetings or pleasantries that I have become accustomed to. Having traveled across the globe, I firmly believe the USA easily wins for the best customer service so this cold reception was a bit of a shock. I will give it another go and try some other flavours if I pass by.

The ambience is very nice. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Be mindful that ice cream is a hot commodity and the wait time on line can require patience. But the scope sizes are huge for its price

Gluten free chicken tenders and fries are always the move!!! LOVE the friendly staff and how many options they have for those with celiac. Thank you Zoe’s!!

Cool spot overall. The ice cream was good. The dairy may be fresh, but the burgers seem to be generic frozen patties. The shoestring fries are great, though, very crispy and tasty. I appreciated that they did not engage in the guilt-heavy tipping manipulation that is currently so prevalent at counter-based food service. Minus 1 star because the bathrooms were a bit of a mess - probably because of all the kids.
